At RaxDecor.pk, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, handmade wooden products. Each item is carefully crafted, inspected, and packaged to ensure your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under specific conditions:
  • Damaged Product: If your product arrives damaged during shipping.
  • Incorrect Product: If you received a different product than what you ordered.
  • Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a flaw due to the manufacturing process.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
  • You contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging and tags are included.
  • You provide photos or videos to show the issue.
Please Note: Minor variations in wood grain, color, or texture are natural characteristics of handmade wooden products and are not considered defects.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
  • Change of Mind: Returns due to a change of mind or personal preference.
  • Custom / Made-to-Order Items: Products specially made or customized for your order.
  • Improper Use/Handling: Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@raxdecor.com within 14 days of receiving your product. In your email, clearly state your Order Number, the product name, and the reason for the return. Please attach photos or videos if possible.
  2. Await Approval: Our team will review your request and email you a return authorization and the return shipping address within 2-3 business days.
  3. Ship the Product Back: Once your return is approved, send the product back to the address provided in our email. Please pack the item securely to prevent further damage during transit. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Provide Tracking: Please provide us with the tracking number for your return shipment so we can monitor its arrival.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved:
  • The refund amount will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
